"We had a very special experience of the stay. Very convenience going to Cabot Trail and the national park. Friendly attitude and timely response. The natural environment was great with ocean, stars and the green views. However, please be mindful of the mosquitos and please adjust your expectations of the furniture/equipment considering the locations of the place. "

"We were to be in the Green Chalet (the word chalet is quite misleading). Informed host we would be arriving late. Chalet could only be identified by the roof colour, which in the dark is not visible. A sign on the cabin would have been helpful. The breakfast (an additional charge) was watery scrambled eggs, cold pancakes, dry bread, frozen raspberries. The manager was to be in at 8:00, finally showed up at 8:25. The other staff were unable to assist with check-in. As a result, we were unable to...

"A group of eight guys headed to Cape Breton for 4 nights and five days at Baddeck and luckily picked the best possible place to stay that we could. "Every one of us loved it here - grown ups, kids, and dog. We had many great adventures in a short time and wished we could have stayed longer. The kids and the dog loved roaming the beach right outside and swimming in such perfectly clear and calm water was wonderful. Well equipped apartment and helpful friendly hosts. "The 2 bedroom, 3 bed house was great. It was clean, well stocked and located right off the beach. It is quiet with a great view. Highly recommend staying here if you don't mind the drive to get places. Cape Breton in the fall is absolutely beautiful! A must see!"

"Jay's cabin was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, super comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and great location on the Cabot Trail. We enjoyed days exploring the trail and evenings on the porch or walking to the ocean on trails on the property - views from the cliff-top were magnificent. Thanks for a great stay, Jay. Maybe we'll get back there one day. "

"My stay at the yurt was not the best. We had to arrive before 8:30 which is hard when you are travelling from one place to another, I will say they did accommodate us in being a little late. On the website it says that there is a hot tub available to people who stay there, but when we got there it was an extra charge which nobody had told us. The trail out to the ‘ferry’ is definitely not kept up. I also was lead to believe these ‘yurts’ were in the woods further with more space between them,...
