The third bedroom is a fabulous retreat for kids featuring a triple bunk bed (full over twin over queen) and a twin over twin bunk bed. Memory foam mattresses are featured on all of the beds.

The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular with a large lanai featuring a heated swimming pool, lounge and dining areas. There is a fresh water shower in the lanai to rinse off after using the pool and a hose on the side of the house to rinse off sand when returning from the beach. The sunny backyard also features a propane grill, a boho swing chair and a grass lawn perfect for family yard games.
