"Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. "The view on the property was beautiful!! The house was very spacious and beautifully done! It was well stocked with towels and extra blankets. Our group of 6 felt extremely comfortable. Check in was made very easy! It is very close to Tall Pines ATV park. We were able to ride our ATV's over with ease. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!"

"Property overall very clean. Gas Fireplace didn't work and calling someone didn't help either. The Gas grill had a burner not working because the controller was broken.
