"Finally this year our family was able to take a Christmas vacation all together and our favorite place is Lake Tahoe. We chose this property for its perfect location, gorgeous lake views and home amenities. The gourmet kitchen was not only beautiful with a fireplace in the corner of the kitchen but allowed many “cooks” to prepare meals at the same time. "Comfortable, but not wonderful. I was surprised that it was two stories - maybe it says this somewhere in the listing, but I didn't notice it. I was also surprised that the LR TV had only Internet and no cable box. A couple of features have been modernized - the upstairs bath and the laundry. The kitchen needs a redo. Also, the mattresses are too soft and should be replaced. My wife slept on the living room sofa because of back problems with both beds."
