"The place had so much room and was very homey. Just wish we knew how to use the heaters and showers better. Both were freezing at this time of year and host had phone issues and never responded. Was a bit hard getting out in the mornings as schools are very near and busy."

Communication with the owner was good and instructions for entry and operation of the backdoor lock were clear. "Due to the weather in Ireland I booked a night at the airport to make sure I could make my early morning flight. This hotel is so convenient for Shannon airport, literally a 2 minute walk to the terminal. The staff were fantastic from check-in to the restaurant staff who accommodated my dietary requirements to the early morning front desk person who went out of his way to help me with my luggage. Even without the weather situation I will stay here again as it reduced the early morning travel...
