"My family stayed here for 2 nights in July and loved our stay. Right from the start upon booking, reception was in communication with us to inquire about how they could help us with our stay. My kids loved the pool and we all appreciated the comfortable beds, the safety of the gate, and the ease of transportation assistance for getting where we needed to go. It was even more delightful to receive a loaf of coconut bread with a handwritten note when we arrived, a truly considerate detail."

"WORST STAY IN BELIZE Terrible stay, dirty, they didn't clean our room one day, they didn't let us know that the hotel restaurant would be closed and we had no option for breakfast or dinner. The shower in the room was either too hot or too cold, terrible for taking a shower. To top it all off, when we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the reception and it was ONE PM on a Saturday afternoon. "Contratamos um serviço e nós deram outro. O primeiro quarto não tinha TV nem espelho e as janelas - tipo percianas - rangiam. Reclamamos e nós colocaram em um quarto em uma rua lateral, longe do mar, sem internet e com TV bem limitada, que só funcionou algumas horas. Pedimos que entrassem em contato com a Hteis.com e não deram né bola. Além disso o restaurante fechou em pleno domingo. Na segunda também.... A ilha é uma graça, mas tem acomações melhores.
