"Mattress was not comfortable at all. We ended up sliding together in the middle of the mattress. Walkable to about everything if you don't have joint problems but if you're going to Hydra expecting to not walk you should rethink your trip. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Water gets everywhere from the shower and I mean everywhere."

"The most friendly and welcoming staff I’ve ever encountered on a vacation anywhere, they went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable.
