"Localização excelente para quem deseja passear somente na Ilha de Skye, mas algumas atrações mais no sul ficam um pouco distante. O cafe da manhã é muito bom e barato, as refeições principais custam um pouco mais mas é um dos poucos hotéis na região que possui restaurante e a comida é muito boa. Os funcionários são super atenciosos também. A desvantagem para mim foi que o Uig Lodge utiliza a infraestrutura do Uig Hotel, logo abaixo, e para tomar café/jantar era preciso caminhar uma distância...

"Very welcoming and friendly manager / staff. Clean rooms and very comfortable bed and chairs. Shower was poor (luke warm water which could not be adjusted with poor water flow). Breakfast was acceptable (cereal, toast, boiled egg - not full English). Beautiful outlook across to Hoy with small ferry terminal serving Hoy and Flotta close by. Not inconvenienced by ferry, noise or traffic using it. Excellent position for visiting the ‘mainland’ including Kirkwall and Stromness. A car is a must...

"The place was very tired and the cleanliness could be improved. I found a the stalk from a buch of grapes by the side of the bed which i was surprised was missed if the floors had supposedly been hoovered!? The ajoining restaurant/pub was good. Great service and food was good (not great but value for money). The maon thing for me was the convenient parking."
