"Cottage was as described except the bushes in the back yard have grown so the lawn is in the shade most of the day and you can only see the small part of the lagoon shown in the photo unless you walk down to the gate that says private property (to nextdoor), from where you can see the rest of the lagoon and the toilet blocks next to the ramp that the Sea Quest bioluminescence kayakers launch from. Yard was too cool to sit out in in the evenings in mid July, as no fires allowed, but the location...

"We love spending time as a family on Lopez Island and Rich and Amy’s place makes that possible. It’s more suited to families with children than 7 adults. Only one bedroom has a closet where it’s possible to hand clothes and one other has a dresser. We stayed 8 days living out of suitcases. "The house was amazing, and super comfortable. The drive in takes a little longer than you might expect, as it’s 10-15MPH on gravel roads. But once you get there, the views are amazing. It’s about 10 minutes from Eastsound, and very close to the park and Mt Constitution. "

"My family had a great stay at West Beach resort. Cabin was great with all we need, right on the beach. It was amazing to spend evenings around fire place and to hear t waves. Very relaxing.
