"We loved our stay with Brian and Jocelyn! The apartment was cozy, clean, and well provisioned. Brian was an excellent host and super responsive, even going the extra mile to make sure our ice pack was frozen for our long drive home. The hot tub was lovely and clean. "The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. "We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We were in ME for a baseball tournament and this was much better than being in a cramped hotel room. The space was comfortable and clean for the 4 of us (2 adults 2 teens). Less than a 10 min walk to OOB and conveniences are even closer (convenience store and a Walgreens). We will certainly stay again when in the area. "

"My husband, 5 yo daughter and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending. The location is perfect, so close to the best beach in Southern ME. They provided a lot of items to make the stay comfortable. There were 2 things that we really didn’t enjoy. One was arriving on vacation and having to make our own beds. Bit of a pain. And the bed size and comfort, could have really used a queen bed and updated mattress in the primary bedroom. "
