"This place was perfect for my husband and I, we are in our mid 60s and enjoyed the stay, sitting on the deck , watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee, or the sunset with a hot cocoa + something.....we used the second bedroom for our clothes, because the rooms are a little small, but we do that most of the time anyway....so no big deal for us....i just think it could be cleaner, it needs a long deep clean, like light switches, light hardware, inside the oven and id recommend to get some new...

To be fair the info had been provided in the documentation and I did locate that before we left for vacation but still not very professional to completely ignore our message. Condo was pretty nice. "The house is immaculate and thoughtfully set up. Everything you need is there. Communication with the owner is A. The neighborhood is quiet and highly walkable. Also, only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants are close by. The best of all worlds! I would definitely stay again!"

"We enjoyed our stay, and the house was great! The door lock on the first day was our biggest challenge. It didn’t want to unlock, but we figured out what it wanted. It wants to be pulled toward you once the code is entered. After that it was smooth sailing. We had to contact the host but the reply and correction was done quickly. The area, people and places, were great. Two grocery stores within a 5 minute drive and some very good seafood restaurants. The bbq grill was great, we used it...

"This house was everything and more for our first time in OKI, the kids had a great time. This home was very spacious, and had everything we needed. If I had to make any comment it would be, I think a fire pit would be a lovely update to the home For the “late in the year” vacations and a cutting board to cut meats on after grilling! . "The location is perfect! The amenities were good. The house was lacking. Be prepared to bring all paper goods, soaps, sponges, extra towels and trash bags. The beds were extra comfy and the house was roomy! The home is in slight disrepair (decking is warped and rotted, stairs are missing treads) the pool area needs some upkeep. The fridge leaks water and has rotted the wood floors. Dishwasher is falling apart. Most exterior door knobs are hard to operate. Tv in bedrooms are difficult to operate....

"We made a last minute decision for a weekend (2 days prior) and the property manager was quick to respond and very accommodating. We had 2 adults, 6 teens and 2 younger kids and the space was perfect for us. "

"Very clean! Perfect for a weekend or even a week! The house had everything we needed to enjoy a quiet relaxing weekend away! We cooked and even rode bikes down to the pier! We will book again, hopefully sooner than later!! "
