"As per reservation, checkout was scheduled for 11am. At 10am, when we went out to buy breakfast, two cleaning ladies were on the stairs. We told them we would be back soon. We returned 10 minutes later and they had invaded the room, on orders from the owner (Teresa). We took photos to prove it. The apartment is well located, but noisy and the bathroom has an unbearable smell of sewage, which spreads throughout the room. I do not recommend!!"

"We called them many times since, at 6.30pm, none sent us instructions. After many calls and messages, they replaied… In my personal opinion, you have better options in town, and much more cheaper. The room is like a US Motel, door is at the floor street, people walking on the street can see you, and its like they are on the room. Very weird… Too expensive for that kind of “room”"

No meu primeiro contato de manhã, o dono me respondeu que era só virar o registro do chuveiro para o lado, óbvio que já tinha tentado isso várias vezes e para os dois lados. "Located in a beautiful and quiet area. You can easily get to Luka by bus from Zaglav if you arrive there by ferry from Zadar. Jure is a friendly and helpful host who advises and helps when needed. There is a good restaurant, a market and a bus stop nearby, from where you can get to the direction where the Sali (and Zaglav) is located. Bus gous from Zaglav to Sali and from Sali to Luka. The room had a beautiful sea view and a view of Luka village."

"I was happy with the stay in this property. It was in center of old town. Not too par from the parking(I used the street parking lot). Kind staff and walkable all the places. I had a good dinner for the recommendation of the host. One thing felt harsh there is no elevator, it was in 2nd floor."

"The flat is close to a market and walk distance to the center of Zadar. Which is a super! We were not in the busiest area but still close to the main attractions in Zadar. The checkin and check out were seamless. The flat is cute and practical. We had enough space and all went fine. The only downside was the showers drain that seemed to not flow well leaving the bathroom wet. "

"The place is amazing to relax with your family. Many sports activites, but if you dont stay many days it not sure that there are any timeslot free. I also wish that you could rent towels. Our bungalow didnt have any washing line, which was a minus. Also wish for more hooks inside the bungalow. Aside from that the property are very nice and i can find us coming back :) "
