"Service and room was excellent! We had originally booked 3 nights in a room with tatami mats, but after our arrival, we realized it was not for us and we had made a mistake. We asked the hotel staff if we could switch to a room with a bed for the remainder of the stay and they were so generous to accommodate the request. Breakfast each morning was excellent and this is the perfect location to explore the West Central District by foot. Great food and drink options all in walking distance....

"I like this hotel. The breakfast is great. Huge buffet with lots of healthy food. The room was spacious and clean. I like that it has a bath tub. Internet was fast. The hotel is located in a good area with lots of restaurants nearby. There is a Family Mart 1/2 block away that is open all night. So there is a place to buy food, alcohol, or a latte if you are up in the middle of the night with jet lag."
