"Second year staying here. New owners definitely have a few kinks to work out. We were celebrating my 30th birthday. First off this is a second floor property and the elevator was inaccessible when we got there. We called the owner and she said she would have someone out within 45 minutes for us to use the elevator. No one ever showed up so we had to haul all our luggage, coolers, etc up the stairs. The next day we needed more bath towels and our AC didn’t seem to be working. We called the owner...

"Great place to stay, the only annoying thing was the band that we had to put on for the whole duration of our stay, it doesn't make sense to me why that is necessary, and the only way we can remove the band is to cut it, so that means outside the hotel and also inside our rooms, we had to keep the band on, which was not pleasing at all for better duration of 2 days, giving a card which can use to enter the premises just like there is a card for the room would be the better option, anything but...
