"We discovered Sugar Beach in 2021 and love the condos. We have stayed three different times and it’s a great place for a family on a budget. The condos are clean and quiet and have always been exactly as described. It’s a very short walking distance to the beach ( few hundred feet) I do recommend bringing your own toilettes as a very small amount is provided. It would be nice to get more than one days worth on trash bags and soap but not really something to complain about as long as you know and...

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home right on the beach! The location was unbeatable, and we loved waking up to ocean views every morning. The complimentary beach chairs were such a thoughtful touch, and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals and feel right at home. Check-in was a breeze, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. My family absolutely loved our time here, and we’re already hoping to plan another trip next year. Highly recommend!"

"The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Ability to walk across the street to restaurants was a major plus. Two beautiful pools that were very well maintained. Beach access very easy. Of course, the white beautiful sand is always a plus on the gulf beaches and FT Walton did not disappoint. We loved it."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic! You can’t beat the view and convenience! However, the housekeeping service could definitely be improved. It was very basic, mostly limited to changing towels and making the bed. Don’t expect a full cleaning during your stay. Also, it’s worth noting that the hotel does not provide beach service. While beach chairs and umbrellas are available, they need to be rented separately, which was a bit disappointing. Great location, but a few service upgrades would make a big difference."
