"The Property is wonderful! We loved the Beach, the Deck, the surrounding area. There is lots of room and the wife loved the kitchen. Can't say enough good things about the location. .... only one thing I would change, and this is just me, I really missed not seeing the Baseball Playoffs so having a sports channel that plays live would make it 1000 percent, :) ... but again, this is just me. The Place was awesome! the time we spent there went waaaay to fast, wish I could do it all over again,...

"The property is very secluded and quiet, a beautiful place to star gaze but there is no view of the lake (the lake is across the road, with a small opening only). The coffee maker was extremely slow and the stairs to upstairs have a shallow tread but everything else was great. Lots of amenities, clean and well kept property. "

The property is well-maintained and clean, stocked with everything that we could imagine needing or wanting, and in an excellent location! "We liked that it was a home away from home! We usually bring towels, soaps, seasonings, plates and cutlery when we rent in case, but Kourtneys cottage had everything we needed! The bonus for us was that there was enough linens, beds, dining wear and Toiletries for us to use! Even toys and games were provided for the kids and adults to play which was really thoughtful. The house looked exactly what was expected from the poctures we saw as well! Very esthetic! I liked the binder and signs...

"Pros: Great location on the peninsula. Beautiful sunsets, great kayaking, close to town. Cons: In desperate need of repair. Broken window cranks, broken or missing closet doors, holes in bathroom walls, sliding doors stuck/difficult to open. Unkept property. Construction debris in back yard, old outdoor cushions laying on ground, yard covered (and I do mean covered) in goose poop. Low quality and/or missing amenities. Thin and stained towels, only 1 garbage bag, soap dispensers that (I believe)...
