The staff are trying there best but with no support from management that you never see, they have no chance of turning this property into what it should be. "The staff are lovely, Christina from housekeeping noticed I was a little sunburnt and brought in some aloe Vera for me without me asking and left it with us until we left, no charge, just thoughtful. Megan on the front desk was attentive and kind and Imre the manager and barman was always on hand if need be. To top it all the resident dogs are gorgeous. "The lobby areas is big and spacious. What missing is a great center piece. If they have one would make the hotel even more luxurious. The room is spacious. Bathroom is great, clean and well kept. What missing is a mirror in the room. It has a small one next to the sitting area. Maybe some room decor would elevate the hotel reputation. Also the balcony is empty, no chairs or table. Some small furniture and a couple of plants would definitely enhances the room."
