"My mother and I had a wonderful stay at Alila! Not only was the hotel beautiful, the staff were amazing and really made the experience for us. Everyone was extremely kind and attentive and made us feel very taken care of. A special thanks to Velecia who took care of the activities and helped us make the most of our stay, both inside and outside the hotel. I would highly recommend this stay! "Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....
