"Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. "

"We have just come back from a 3 night stay at the ITC with friends. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend ITC. Here are some of our thoughts: - The hotel was lovely, an extensive resort filled with natural beauty and plenty of grounds to wander through. - The beach is gorgeous with soft, powdery sand and lots of space. We have come since it opened last year this is our second year staying at this beautiful hotel! Staff go up & beyond to ensure your stay is the best you can have nothing is too much trouble. "There were unexpected charges related to the age of my children. I booked for two adults and two children but had to pay £230 extra for my oldest child upon arrival. Hotel subsequently realised that the charge was not entirely correct but only partially compensated me. The breakfast was excellent and the service at the breakfast was wonderful.
