"We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We’ve been there for 4 nights, two adults and two kids. Hotel room was nice, but on the first floor, next to reception and restaurants and we heard so much noise like music and security talking all night long, that no one could sleep. In the following day we were changed to 6th floor and this problem was solved, however room was not well cleaned, terrible smell of cigarettes.
