"Beautiful location near the backwater n so serene n quiet. Had a wonderful time with family and the chef Ashraf was excellent n his service was great. Thompson who was in charge took care of everything n very prompt. "

"This is a very spacious and luxurious flat. It was exactly as listed. The owner Joy and the on-site contact was very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy. It was vey clean and had all the amenities for the stay. Location was very good and there is plenty of parking with great views of the backwaters from every room We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. One thing which could be added is a dishwasher."

"New clean property. Although room has small kitchen, ther are no utensils so you cannot cook. Like all Indian hotels we visit only one towel provided. You need to ask for more."

"This property was ideal for our first couple of days in Fort Cochin. Convenient location and Varghese and his wife made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed delicious, home cooked breakfast on the roof terrace. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily return."

"We had a wonderful time in this beautiful location. We had come from busy Chennai and the peace and tranquility of this area was wonderful. Our host and caretaker couldn't have been more helpful. They were so welcoming and the caretakers family even prepared some meals for us which were delicious. We were able to explore on foot and by bike and loved the small beach near the property. "We received an upgrade and have access to executive lounge. It was great. The staff is great. If you want to go to lulu mall it is the right place for you. If you want to visit fort kochi and want to stay in a better hotel than the ones there you can stay in Marriott. I got user to Fort kochi and it took 40 minutes to get there and it was only 290 rupies one way"
