"We were 5 couples in 5 rooms. Rooms were clean, and the building was nicely done. The building was cleverly isolated from the lively street and neighborhood. "

"Unknown to us, Punta Leona and Playa Blanca are inaccessible unless you are staying within the private area. The view from the condo was stunning, and it was just as described in the listing. I will note that I would recommend bringing groceries with you, as the road out of the area is about 15 minutes (and who would want to leave once you arrive?). Herve was extremely thorough with directions to the place (it would be hard with the detail) and was very responsive throughout the process. "

"This is an outstanding property, I'm glad to say it exceeded my expectations. Paquera CR isn't the tourist mecca, IE an all inclusive. If you want to enjoy CR with a local feel and experience this is a place for you. The owners were responsive to questions and w/recommendations sheet to go. We loved CURU and the wildlife refuge, great hiking trails, great beach.."

"We stayed 5 nights (2 adults and 3 kids - 12, 10, and 8). The property was beautiful and the house well taken care of. Lots of wildlife each day (the most we saw our entire trip was right out front). We were sad to leave and hope to return again in the future. "

"Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. "

"Beautiful view, very clean, and we were delighted to have all the monkeys to greet us upon our arrival out front thanks to Carlos tray of sliced bananas! Suggest new comfortable tv room furniture to comfortably seat large group instead of pieces of patio furniture. "

"I am giving this 5 stars because the hosts were amazing and the view was phenomenal; however there are some things to note. The showers have lukewarm water (although every sink has hot water). This was very disappointing after being out on the beach and hiking all day as all we wanted was a hot shower. The water pressure was not great in the showers. There is also only one TV in the living room and it has a line through it but not that noticeable. We tried to connect to it with our iPad as it’s...

"Great place, plenty of room , decks and view abound, helpful staff and owner, everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Wildlife out your back door, pool a great touch to cool down but beach close and waves fun. Rent a golf cart and easy travel. Herradura close great food store. Though small one close by. Pickleball courts in Jaco, easy and friendly. National parks close, 10 good beaches on property and within 30-35 min. Will find our way back again. "

"Kjempefine leiligheter med tilgang til basseng og uteområde. Veldig greit med gratis parkering også. Besøkte Montezuma, Montezuma Waterfall og Baco Blanco naturreservat mens vi har der."

"Had a great time staying here with my wife and our family.There was a small on site pool with a slide and some reduced common equipment ( pool, ping pong and two weight machines in the gym), 10 minute walk downhill to a beautiful beach that never got too busy and an amazing view."

Beautiful views, surroundings and overall just a great place for 2 people to get away. 5 to 10 minutes from everything you need for a wonderful trip and all Lokita's suggestions are spot on. "This was an awesome property. I went with my spouse and adult children(17-22) and their friends. Total of 8 people. The house was very clean and open. The pool was exceptional. The sunsets on the beach were beautiful. The best part was the caretakers(Arturo and Maribel). Arturo was up early to get the pool and backyard set up for us to enjoy for the day. Maribel cooked us an awesome dinner our last night there. They were so nice and helpful the entire time we were there. They almost felt like...
