"O palácio é um verdadeiro ponto turístico em si. Ficamos impressionados com a extensão do palácio, como também por toda infraestrutura oferecida aos hóspedes, sejam os serviços disponíveis, seja a organização para receber os hóspedes e apresentá-lo. Adoramos a estadia e a receptividade desde o atendimento para apresentação do hotel, como também pelas sugestões trazidas. Por fim, o hotel dispõe de ótima localização, pois fica ao lado do Palácio Presidencial (Qasr Al Watan) e em frente à Emites Towers, razão pela qual facilita a locomoção. O hotel também conta com ótimos restaurantes, conhecemos o Talea by Antonio Guida e o Hakkasan (culinária chinesa). Ambos com ótimo ambiente e gastronomia. Nesse sentido, entendemos que o Emirates Palace foi uma ótima acomodação em Abu Dhabi, seja pela localização, seja pelo conforto e tratamento de toda equipe do hotel."

"We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We’ve been there for 4 nights, two adults and two kids. Hotel room was nice, but on the first floor, next to reception and restaurants and we heard so much noise like music and security talking all night long, that no one could sleep. In the following day we were changed to 6th floor and this problem was solved, however room was not well cleaned, terrible smell of cigarettes. To get even worst, hotel was hosting an event from India cinema, full of actors, papparazzis, security. We were not advised of that in advance and definetely would have choosen another hotel if we knew about that. On our last night, we were coming back to the hotel by taxi and were not allowed to stop in front of the main entry because there was a red carpet going on. Security in the street forced the car to stop in the middle of the road, with the kids, stroller, shopping bags, and we had to leave in the middle of the cars and walk for 5 minutes. Then the security in the front door did not want to let us in because an actress was going out. We felt totally disrespected by hotel staff during our stay and would never come back or recommend to anyone."

"O hotel por si só é lindo e muito agradável! Funcionários super educados, prepararam uma supresa para recepção de nossa lua de mel. Infelizmente não espere um all Inclusive padrão Caribe… os restaurantes não ficam abertos 24 horas por dia e as refeições são servidas somente café/almoço e janta. Mesmo assim super recomendo o hotel! Praia linda, decoração incrível e comidas deliciosas. "
