"The property offers ultimate privacy, i.e. it is far from everywhere else… it took us abt 70 mins from the jetty, but there are plenty of activities available on-site. Unfortunately during the few days we were there, all water activities were not available due to low-tide shoreline. So we spent our time cycling, table tennis, and mahjong! The compound was well maintained. Food wise, the Rica-rica restaurant offered very delicious beef rendang. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Overall good...

"客船をホテルにしているということで、船内ツアーを開催していたり、ユニークな作りで楽しめました。部屋からの景色も非常に綺麗でよかったです。近くのマングローブ・ホタルツアーも近くて便利でした。窓が結構汚れていたのがちょっと勿体無いのと、レストランのレパートリーがもっとあると良いなと思いました。"

"Bintan Cassia has never failed my stays ever since from 2019 I visited the resort in total of 8 times. Their customer services are excellent, staffs are very friendly everywhere within the compound. The place is always so well upkeep, a feeling that I have visited a brand new resort always. I never grow tired of visiting Cassia Bintan and will always be my prior choice! "

"The staff at the ferry terminal pick up and concierge are very helpful. I don’t remember all the names but Ode helped us with the bags while we cycled to the hotel. Food wise Indonesian food is great and breakfast choices are many. View from the pool is amazing."
