"We loved our 3 night stay at Hotel Basilica, we can only recommend it for a city break in Palma. The hotel itself is very well finished and kept very clean. The staff were all excellent, very attentive and helpful. We opted to include breakfast in our stay, this was again excellent with high quality food and drink and a large selection available. From the location to the design, the amenities, and the service, every detail was carefully considered and presented in the most tasteful way possible. "The rooms were clean and spacious, staff was wonderful and attentive. The food was great as well. Location was perfect for staying in Palma!! The hotel has an app that you can download where you can order pillows, bedding, towels, etc along with other services like taxis and concierge. It was about a 15 minute ride to the airport too so it was very easy to get around! "

"The property was lovely. The rooms were spacious, clean with nice bathrooms. My only inconvenience, and I don’t believe I saw this ahead of time, was that the property has no elevators and with the room on the third floor it was just inconvenient carrying the luggage up to the third floor, but other than that, it was amazing"
