"The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly — they truly made us feel at home. The only challenge we encountered was during check-in. Since the staff isn’t always on-site and we were traveling from North America without a local SIM card, it was difficult to contact them upon arrival. It would be helpful if clearer instructions were provided ahead of time, such as a WhatsApp number or email listed on the Expedia page, or even a pre-arrival message with contact details. "The staff was absolutely amazing! We arrived late and had not eaten a thing, Joanna (I think that was her name) was kind enough to make us a plate of meats and cheese. Aside from that we wanted to stay in a quiet area away from the city and town crowds. This was an amazing choice. We got a rental car and explored many little towns and even explored Palma de Mallorca. Definitely would come back. "
