"　まず、従業員さんが皆優しくて親切でした。事前にアーリーチェックインとヘアドライヤーの希望をメールで伝えていたら、到着時名前を言っただけですぐに対応してくれたので感激しました。その他物干し台を持ってきてくれたり、何も言わなくてもやってくれるので、英語が喋れない私にとってはとても嬉しかったです。 　部屋は綺麗に掃除されていますし、広さも申し分なし、シャワーの水圧も温度も全くストレスを感じませんでした。照明も明るいですし、コンセントもいっぱいありました。お水はチェックインの際に小さめのペットボトルを2本置いてくれていて、掃除の時に追加されるという感じでした。またレストラン(カフェ)にウォーターサーバーがあるので皆さんはそこで補給されていました。 　立地はとても良く、レストランやスパは周りにいっぱいありますし、スーパーも7分くらい歩けばありました。その点少し騒がしいですが…私はさほど気になりませんでした。 　色々なマクタン島のホテルに泊まりましたが、次回からはここ1択にするつもりです。"

"I WOULD AND WILL STAY HERE AGAIN! Staff was great and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comy. The staff really tried to stay on top of the bathrooms which were down the hall. Neighbored is poor and working class, but I never felt threatened or uncomfortable. I was able to get every where I wanted to go for $5.00 US or less. "I booked two family rooms and upon check in, me and my family went inside the room. Beds were made, however the room was full of cobwebs and dusts everywhere. The toilet hasn’t got a flush, the shower wasn’t working. I asked why wasn’t the room cleaned prior to us arriving. Staff told me they didn’t have anybody to clean due to staff days off. We were appalled and shocked with our accommodation and after an hour me and my family left and looked for an alternative accommodation. We couldn’t stay...

"This place is so dirty. A cockroaches is wondering on my room,, toilet is not cleaned. Ceilings has cobweeb. Air-conditioned not working properly. Wont ever back to this place again. Customer service is so unprofessional"
