"We were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. Included tasty breakfast. Can not beat the location for accessing everything in the Ancient Town area of Hoi An. Very quiet at night considering how close you are to the nightlife."

The staff did not speak a word of English had to use Google translate which was very challenging; we booked a 1 bed they put us in a 2 bdrm and made us move the next day as we were leaving for our outing. Communication was terrible practically abysmal. "The photos shown online are not tally with the physical room. Upon check in, one of my room is not available as the existing guests didn't check out. It's really ruin my day. Ceiling at the bathroom is so disgusting. It's not recommended to stay here. "

"Stayed 3 nights Lovely place , lovely staff and a nice home from home feel . The rooms whilst basic were comfortable and clean . The bathrooms are large with excellent showers . There is a pool downstairs and it’s semi open . The water was freezing but I did go in winter . They offer a range of services including laundry , transport and tour bookings . Few minutes to the old town . No complaints and would happily stay again "
