"Absolutely beautiful resort but very little English spoken. Restaurant service was exceptionally poor and food was of very basic quality. The scallops were overcooked to the point they couldn’t even be scraped off the shell and that was after a 1.25hour wait for our meals with only 10 people in the restaurant. The wait at the beach bar was at least 30min each time as the staff were more concerned with their phones and talking to each other rather than serving customers. "

E os números de telefone, tanto da reserva quanto da internet, eram inexistentes, segundo a gravação da operadora. Depois de meia hora de espera, pegamos o único táxi disponível que nos cobrou 150.000 D a mais do que pagaríamos pelo transfer. O hotel nos reembolsou a diferença seguido por vários pedidos de desculpas. O quarto é bem básico e o bangalô 8, o que ficamos, não funcionava o Wi-Fi. O banheiro...

"Very nice homestay, in a gorgeous area. The accomodations were spacious and had lovely terraces; the gardens were beautiful and the food was excellent. I would recommend eating with the other guests at the homestay. The staff was lovely and helpful. But, it was fairly difficult getting to the homestay (ferry to CatBa, drive across the Island, another ferry to LanHa) so keep that in mind."

"The place is completely rundown, nothing looks like the pictures. The room was filled with mosquito and food choice was limited and horrible. Dont book this place even if you think is a good deal it will be a nightmare."
