"Tout était impeccable et le personnel était sympathique, aimable, dévoué et très aidant. En particulier, j’aimerais souligner l’aide inestimable de Quang (et de son équipe). Il a été très proactif pour nous aider avec quelques soucis que nous avons eus concernant des excursions et un moyen de transport pour sortir de l’île. Il était en mode solution et il nous a assistés en nous proposant diverses alternatives dans ces dossiers qui n’étaient pas en lien avec l’hôtel comme tel. Tout le personnel...

"Começamos mal, fomos esquecidos no porto, o transfer contratado ao hotel não foi nos buscar. E os números de telefone, tanto da reserva quanto da internet, eram inexistentes, segundo a gravação da operadora. Depois de meia hora de espera, pegamos o único táxi disponível que nos cobrou 150.000 D a mais do que pagaríamos pelo transfer. O hotel nos reembolsou a diferença seguido por vários pedidos de desculpas. O quarto é bem básico e o bangalô 8, o que ficamos, não funcionava o Wi-Fi. O banheiro...

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Understand English very well. The only issue was with the water pressure in the bathroom an the hot water. We didn't t ask for help just kind of blundered through with it I’m sure they would have helped if we had asked "

"The room was very spacious, clean and had a homey elegance to it. The. Very good layout of the rooms with the nice interior decor. The two people who welcomed us were very helpful and kind! Only thing was the water pressure was very low, on the second floor and we ended up not taking a shower. Other than that, excellent view, right across the harbor and in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely recommend!"
