"Começamos mal, fomos esquecidos no porto, o transfer contratado ao hotel não foi nos buscar. E os números de telefone, tanto da reserva quanto da internet, eram inexistentes, segundo a gravação da operadora. Depois de meia hora de espera, pegamos o único táxi disponível que nos cobrou 150.000 D a mais do que pagaríamos pelo transfer. "I will preface this review with that I went just after Super Typhoon Yagi. The hotel suffered a lot of damage and large parts of the hotel were closed off entirely. I know the resort would've suffered a lot financially because of this, but as a guest I was left a little miffed that I paid full price for part of the experience. "The hotel is very well managed, spotless clean & updated with a cute contemporary style, Beds comfy!! Warm welcome with fruit and smoothies, and breakfasts were not buffet, decent options, and servings large. Great downtown location. The window views of an abandoned building with garbage galore behind it was disappointing - but not uncommon in Vietnam. Overall, I would bring my family to this hotel any day. Bonus: the company also runs tours, thus making the planning seamless."

"First of all the staff and breakfast were amazing. The hiking trip organised by the hotel was awesome. The location is really good. The downsides there were lots of bugs in my room. I killed them all and i thought that was the end of it then on the last day upon checking out there was a huge cockroach on the floor, i presume their mother. The water pressure for the hot water didnt seem to exist at times and you had to run it for a while to make it work. "

"Vi har rest runt i Vietnam i två månader och det här var det bästa hotellet hittills! Så otroligt rent, fräscht och bra standard. Sängarna är supersköna och stora, med fräscha krispiga lakan. "Very very very nice hotel for this price!!!! We stayed at 4hotels this trip and all three of us agreed that this was the very best most cosy we Had and 2other hotel was 5star. "Great hotel and great location. A lot of cleaning up both at hotel (skybar and pool) and outside after typhon. It was very clean so we was very surpriced when we found a small bug living in the wall by the window at the breakfast. Otherwise it was a hreat stay. Restaurant in the hotel had so good food. Overall a fantastic stay. If i come back i will book this hotel and hope i get a toom with view over the bay. We had view over half the bay now. "
