"This was probably the nicest property we have stayed in the Captiva area. The home is beautiful, the view is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the property managers were so helpful. There was a hiccup with the air conditioning system while we were there, but it seems that the owners were more than willing to get that worked out for the next renters. "As returning guests to Captiva Providence, we knew what to expect, and our week in paradise was just as magical as last year! With beach access directly across the street, we spent nearly every day at the beach, and it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The property is beautifully maintained, shows no damage from the recent hurricanes, and Michael was always available if we needed anything (we did not). We are grateful to have found this gem and look forward to returning next year."

"We had multiple couples stay and the rooms were great. Plenty of room for everyone. There were enough chairs for everyone at the dinner table. The light switches were a little confusing for the pool area and walkway lighting. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend staying at this location again!"

"This property is in a perfect location to access all Captiva has to offer. Wonderful view of the bay with pool along the waters edge. Good dock for a large boat as well as fishing off the dock. Nice large screened porch and lots of den/eating/kitchen space. Communication was very good with property manager. "
