"The Apartament has a great location, near to the beach and the Vieux Nice! We had a small problem with the washing machine and Stanislas was disponible and quickly helped us! He is a very nice and friendly person. The apartment has everything that a traveler needs and it is very confortable. Ir can be a little noisy in the night, because there are a lot of bars in its streets. But it is ok if you close the widows. It wasn't a big problem for us. Thank you, Stanislas!"

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach with an incredible view of the Mediterranean that we enjoyed from the balcony each morning. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and made us feel right at home. The local tips and the guest book were a great touch and helped us explore Nice and nearby towns easily. "We travelled in November and appreciated electric heating to maintain comfort in the evening / night. Apartment was recently renovated and very clean upon arrival. The bedding and mattress were comfortable: not too hard, not too soft. Note that elevators in the old town are rare: there are 88 steps up to the apartment though staircase is wide, solid stone and easy to use. "Very nice cozy place close to restaurants, beach, Flea market. It has everything you need to stay, sleep, and if you prefer to cook a meal. The furniture a little bit outdated and very basic (mostly the Ikea items). Be aware of narrow steep stairs to this second floor appartement. "Wir waren 2 Wochen zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die 2 Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt. Jeden Morgen haben wir als erstes die Aussicht aus dem kleinen Balkon genossen, dann in der Bäckerei im Nebenhaus pain bagnat oder frische Baguettes oder Salate geholt. Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist "Polly and Cie" eine Boutique mit Dinner am Freitag, auch lecker und sehr empfehlenswert.
