Had washer, but dryer was broken. Third floor lodging with no elevator. Parking was across the street, next to a police station. Our personal effects and car were never bothered. "My husband and I stayed here with our little dog and had a lovely time. The apartment is beautiful and spacious in a nice neighborhood just above downtown. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Just a couple of caveats: The listing says “sleeps 4”but if there are two couples they must share a bathroom. The listing says the apartment is on the third floor. It is an old house beautifully renovated, but the stairs are narrow and windy. "

The day of check in, we reached out to the property manager for access instructions and were totally ghosted. Stranded in a busy city in a foreign country with nowhere to stay, despite having confirmation and paying.I received no response until I asked for a refund. I was assured that VRBO would refund the money, but have received no further response to inquiries from the property manager...
