"Super clean and modern apartment in a historical building. The self-check in process was easy and the team were proactive in their communication. The studio was really well located and close to the center and old town. As other reviewers have stayed, the bed was quite uncomfortable, but I did manage to sleep so all is well. There's a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, oven, stove, dishwasher, even a seperate freezer) and a in-unit washing machine. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great place, close to everything/in a walking distance. Clean and beds are comfortable + firm (many times beds are too soft) We received good instructions how to use everything/rules of the apartment .The only thing I would say was annoying is the front gate to the yard. The keypad lags and it's difficult to get it to open. We usually went through the gate when someone was coming out. Other than that a great stay"

"The apartment is amazing, all new, well designed, complete (kitchen, bathroom and etc), really clean and confortable. We were really received, even withou a reception, just give them a call or even a message and you will be answered right away. The location is not in the city center, but is a 15 minutes walk (for us was not a problem). Around the apartment you will find supermarket, shopping and all kinds of stores. If anytime i came back to Riga, for sure I would book it again!"

"Our stay at the property was fantastic. It was a unique and individual stay. There was 5 of us there and it had plenty of room for us all. The communication on arrival was fantastic, and the man even informed us it could be noisy which it was but as we were aware of this it wasn’t a problem. I would more than recommend these apartments prime location. The gates downstairs were a little annoying as they on occasion were locked but again we was informed of this and shown the relevant keys etc....

"The accommodation was good. A slightly unusual solution was that there was no sink in the bathroom — you had to wash your hands in the kitchen. However, this wasn't a problem. The rooms were clean, and everything necessary was provided. Communication with the host went smoothly. There were several small grocery stores in the area, a few burger places, and some brewpubs. The old town was a short distance away, and buses also ran along the same street."

"Tolle Lage, aber leider hat das Gebäude großen Renovierungsstau. Das Appartement liegt im Hochparterre (nicht bequem) und hat das kleine Bad auf gleicher Ebene. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine 8 Stufige Innentreppe erreichbar. Fenster sind klein zur Strasse bzw Innenhof, sodass wenig Tageslicht und Ventilation erfolgt. "Det var som udgangspunkt en fin lejlighed, den ligger ved en stor indfaldsvej, meget trafik især var det frustrerende at motorcykler brugte vejen som racerbane. At bussernes kabler var fastgjort på husmuren så hele lejligheden rystede hver gang en at de busser kørte forbi. Rengøringen lod en del tilbage at ønske - gulvene var beskidte og bruseforhænget var muggen. Selve lejligheden femstod lidt slidt og nusset. "

"O nosso quarto foi excelente só faltou ter chuveiro em vez de banheira que eu, pessoalmente, detesto. O sabão líquido do banheiro é delicioso. Quarto bem grande. Garagem boa. Não tivemos problema com falta de vaga, embora o rapaz que vez meu check-in avisou que poderia acontecer, já que é um parking público. Café da manhã bem fraquinho. O hotel recebe muitos grupos o que vira uma confusão no café da manhã. Comemos no Cili ( restaurante), virando a esquina do hotel ( por 3 noites - de tão bom que era). Não sei se ficaria de novo neste hotel por conta dos grupos que chegam. Porém os elevadores "escoam" facilmente os hóspedes"
