"An absolutely amazing hotel. From check in with cold towels and welcome drinks to the time we checked out there was nothing we could fault. Beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds and powerful showers, friendly, efficient staff, amazing food and plenty of choices at the buffets all of high standards. "Everything was amazing! Lovely hotel staff, Reception very friendly and helpful. Pool staff, restaurant staff, and room attendents were exceptional! Entertainment team were great! Food was exceptional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. English films via app. Only originally staying 4 nights but extended another 3 nights then another one night. Cannot fault anything. It was exactly what we wanted a peaceful hotel with Entertainment. We enjoyed our 8 night stay and can't wait to return. *****"

"Would have rated 4.5 if possible.
This is a lovely hotel and certainly deserves its 5-star rating. Facilities were vast and of a high quality.
We were a family of 6 staying all-inclusive. It included all meals and unlimited drinks and ice cream (other snacks were limited).
Food quality was ok not amazing. Standard buffets were substantial in range if not quality. The Japanese a la carte was good although Acai restaurant for dinner wasnt great with very slow service. Some felvioujs cocktails...
"Es war alles sehr ruhig, obwohl Hochsaison war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, jedoch ist das Hotel an der einen oder anderen Stelle in die Jahre gekommen, was aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Nur das Frühstück ließ ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. "
"Quarto familiar muito espaçoso, a vista era boa para o mar e piscina. Num sítio muito calmo.
Comer era variado.
Tínhamos o avião muito tarde e podemos ficar no hotel depois do check out, fomos a praia, piscina e ainda jantamos no hotel.

Room was very clean , large bed and nice balcony - every day the room was cleaned and fresh towells !
Swimming pool is fresh water and they take real pride in this , excellent pool area too !
