"Infelizmente eu e minha família fomos muito mal atendidos já na recepção ao chegarmos. Atendente extremamente grosseiro e muito mal educado. As instalações do quarto são péssimas, muito velho e muito sujo. Tinha muito cabelo no chão, nas toalhas. Só não saímos do hotel porque chegamos qdo já era muito tarde e estávamos muito cansados e iríamos apenas pernoitar. "

"The location of Ms. Jay's place is unbeatable! My group and I were in town for an event in the Total Mortgage Arena. The drive was 5 minutes max! Ms. Jay is great with communication. She was always available for any questions. The apartment is very homey, cozy and comfortable. Very nicely decorated and it has everything you might need. (We would just recommend some mirrors in the bedrooms). The place is next to a very busy street which there is always a lot of noise, especially at night. One...

"I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and convenience of this seemingly modest roadside hotel. Rooms were clean and updated while still conveying a sense of the hotel's history. "Our family of 4 stayed comfortably. Towels and sheets were well stocked. We loved walking across to the beach. Our 10 year old could take our 5 year old. We biked on street and sidewalks to downtown Milford, public library, playground. We loved Pennys used books. It was such a relaxing trip and we will be back to stay at Susana's lovely place."
