Easy walking distance to downtown, the train station, etc. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet; so much so that deer wonder the area and bed down in the backyard many times. Truly a gem right in the middle of Durango. Do it, book it, you’ll be glad you did!"

"I would definitely stay here again. Enough beds and bathrooms for all 17 of us. Everything you could possibly need was provided for us. Well stocked kitchen!! "Great experience! Very clean AND easy to keep clean. Spacious, lots of light and good views. We cook and found the kitchen was excellent! A block off Main Avenue and the great restaurants and coffee shops. Location of apartment is on a service street so there is no noisy traffic. Space for one car off street parking.We had six people over for supper and was comfortable and easy. Plenty of convenient storage space. It was just right for us! (our only 5 star rating for the 2024)"
