"A beautiful part of Bruny Island. Very central to all Bruny Island hotspots, including the Bruny Island Hotel which had fantastic food. The accommodation was very cozy indoors including an outdoor, large balcony for an afternoon cheese platter and a glass of local wine. Very relaxing especially at dusk when all the local nature comes out and explores the area. Will book again and highly recommend to friends."

"We booked this accommodation as a 4-day fieldwork base. The mill house has its idiosyncrasies. As long as you set your expectations for camping conditions in a remote part of the world, you will find the structure to be sufficient. The location is spectacular and the jetty is very impressive. "We had an amazing stay in the Boathouse. We arrived to warm and lighted rooms, as well as champagne and delicious fresh bread. So welcoming. The location was the perfect base from which to explore the south of Tasmania and we had everything we needed in our self-contained accommodation. Even though the weather was cool, we were so cozy with central heating and a fireplace. The jacuzzi was an added bonus, as was the inquisitive wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!"
