"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The driveway is very overwhelming as it is not a straight shot and has many inclines that can be difficult with a trailer. If you want hot water for showering after the trails you may want to check first as the water heater continues went out and needed to contact owner on occasion."

"Nice Grill with propane was provided, garage was a plus with a rainstorm just behind us as we coming back from mountain ride, parking a little shallow for trailers but again..garage so no problem. Firewood also was provided and the area for fire was nice and private. Could have done without the street light over that area, but still very cool. "Three stars is being nice, this place isn’t bad by no means but the pictures are definitely professional. The bottom floor smells like someone left a grumpy for a few months. The trailer situation is quite ridiculous, as it states a 24’ trailer will fit on the property, this is true but not without messing your trailer up. "This rental had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was ample parking for 3 trucks with trailers and side by sides. The house was clean and beds were comfy after a long day on the trails. Homeowner was very friendly and responsive. We ran out of propane while cooking on the grill and he was there with a replacement for us promptly and stayed to have a nice chat with us. We would stay again! "

"From the beginning to the end Gary the host communicated with us brilliantly. The cabin was just as we expected and the attention to detail is second to none from the amenities to the coal and firewood. We stayed for two nights and it was a real restful environment from driving from NC and then being on the UTVs the next day.
