"House in quiet residential area. Owner very responsive to requests. Walk to property is 15-20 minutes uphill from harbor. Make sure to wear good shoes. Air conditioner on both floors, Appreciated having a washing machine. "

"My spouse and our adult son and his wife had an amazing 10 day stay at George’s traditional stone house. The location is perfect, approximately half way between the Port and Kamini. It is right beside Techne Restaurant but 20 steps up to the door of the house which provides you with privacy from the restaurant and the walking path below and magnificent views. "Very neat and clean close to everything "

"We (family of 5, 3 teenage girls) enjoyed our stay at this house a lot. It was extremly quiet, as no neighbours were around. The pool as well as the house were clean, and regularly the pool man Kosta came to check on it. The house itself is very spacious, large living room. You can walk by foot on a gravelroad to the beach (5min), where it's not a sandy beach, but the water is just perfectly clean and nice. We also enjoyed other beaches in the area, as well as visiting the archeological sites....

"We were welcomed with fresh flowers, cookies, fruit, wine, cheese and an apricot tart. Such a lovely surprise. The nightly sunset was breath taking. We had a friendly, female tabby cat that was missing an eye adopts us. She kept us company each day. We named her Sammy. I hope the next guests enjoy her as much as we did. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. House was good, but the pool was what made it, all to ourselves, warm water, lovely view. Both our VRBO contact and the person who lived downstairs were both really helpful but not at all obtrusive on our holiday. Porto heli is nice. We should probably have hired a car to explore more but taxis were easy and not too expensive. Spetses was lovely to visit by water taxi."

"Very easy to deal with and lovely stay at the unique property. It's located in a lovely part of Greece with the nearby town having loads of great shops and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained and had loads of space for people to do their own thing. Well equipped to cater for yourself and some of the restaurants also did delivery. Couple of points: Mattresses are quite firm, some toppers available would be good. There was a couple of bedrooms listed that were not either available...

"Die ruhige Lage hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Man benötigt zwingend einen PKW. Für uns war es genau richtig! Die Kommunikation war super Freund und immer schnell. Wir können absolut nichts negatives über den Aufenthalt berichten. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Wer modernes Ambiente sucht, ist hier falsch. Uns hat die rustikale und mit Liebe eingerichtete Villa unglaublich beeindruckend."

"superbe vue , villa calme spacieuse , piscine vue mer ,6 chambres toutes climatisées ,5 salles de bain ,le chemin pour y accéder est praticable par toute voiture en allant doucement ,plage à 5 mns à pied , taverne sur la plage tenue par Tasos (peut livrer des repas pour 10 personnes ainsi que Dimitri par l'intermédiaire de Christopher supermarché à proximité ; région calme, nombreuses excursions : Poros, Hydra ,Epidaure , Nauplie , Vathy, un grand merci Christopher (très réactif par mail )"

"The owner of the apartment was really really nice and very helpful. The apartment was clean and the pool and the view were just grea. The apartment was just a little old, so water came out of the fridge and the oven didn’t work. there was only salt water in the shower and the apartment was very far away from the town. You don’t have a chance without a car. Besides all these facts, we had really nice beautiful stat with really nice people who were very helpful . For example we forgot our keys in...

"Havre de paix située sur les hauteurs de Porto Héli tout près de la mer. Vue à 360 deg sur les oliveraies, sur l’île Spetses, la mer..Magnifique! Accueil très chaleureux de Thierry et Régine. ils sont de bons conseils pour les restaurants, les visites..Logement au calme très bien Équipé et soigné. Merci aux superbes hôtes Régine et Thierry!"

"Our group came from Many countries and have experienced many villas together in many countries . The bonus point with villa Aria is access to the beach and kayaks and paddle boards provided as well as a lovely swimming pool and tennis court . My only suggestion will be add some hand rails for the stone steps going down to rooms . "

"This is a lovely property. The pool area is lovely to sit by however the water in uncomfortably cold. The breakfast are a feast for the eyes. Just wonderful and eating outside in the courtyard was a perfect start to the day. Our room was not what I would have preferred. The bedroom was upstairs and the bathroom downstairs.
