"We hadden een een fijn vakantiehuis in een adembenemende omgeving. Het was vooraf niet geheel duidelijk dat de slaapvertrekken niet in hetzelfde gebouw lagen. In de dichte omgeving is er niet heel veel te doen. Op 30 à 60 min rijden zijn er wel veel activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden."

"Wir haben über die Fewo-direkt App gebucht. Gastgeber war jedoch NOVASOL und da liegt schon das Problem. Am Hauptanreisetag Samstag ist die Agentur nur bis 17 Uhr erreichbar. Als wir gegen 18 Uhr eincheckten und neben dem schimmligen Bad auch den Ungezieferbefall im Wintergarten melden wollten und auch ein abgeschlossenes Elektrongerät im Pool vorfanden, war leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort erreichbar. "Fair warning, this place looks nothing like the picture. I ordered linens and towels for $120 and discovered a week before we were due to arrive that we could pick them up and drop them off at a remote location 4 hour round trip from the house. There were no dish towels, no toilet paper and no paper towels. Navasol has very little presence in Denmark so help is hard to comme by!"
