"We absolutely love this cabin. It is very secluded and quiet. We have been staying here for a few years now, and the cabin is very well taken care of and always looks/operates the same as it did the year before. The cabin is cute, cozy and clean inside. However, the outdoor area is the reason we keep returning. We spend most of our time outside when we stay here.We love the hot tub and watching movies on the outdoor tv. Our dogs love it just as much as we do. We cant wait to stay next year! "

"We found the cabin to be extra clean and comfortable. Great place to stay near Snowshoe. Everyone was very friendly! Loved the rustic flair!"

"The cabin and location did not disappoint!!!! We toured the asylum, helvetia was awesome. Game farm was close. Bucks diner was so good!! Had a great time. Thank you! "

"Perfect location and super cozy cabin. Ideal for a weekend getaway from the city. Super clean and tidy, great amenities and very friendly hosts. Almost forgot the maple syrup, delicious so be sure to pick some up from their small shop near the cabin!"

"Great location for ski-in/out in winter and summer activities! Clean, convenient, attractive unit and communication was very good. You check-in right in the building and do not have to go to a remote check-in location on the mountain and then to your building...waaaaay better situation! Perfect stay!"

"My family and I had a great experience here. The host was very accommodating and understood when something did go wrong (on our end). The property did have a few issues but those are honestly due to it being a rental and not caused by host neglect. We would absolutely stay again."

"the condo looked like the picture. We were there during shoulder season between mt. biking and skiing so nothing was open except, on occasion, the bar. Bring groceries if off-season! Code to condo worked well. Batteries in remote controls (including ceiling fans and lights) were missing and some light bulbs missing from lamps. Could not find the parking pass. Pool access card was on wall as indicated and worked well. Kitchen utensil inventory was good. Would come again."

"I went there to propose to my now fiancé, the plan was for friends and family to arrive first and by the time I proposed on the mountain our friends to be waiting to surprise her. The staff was super accommodating with an early check in and the place was great, very large and ski on ski off from western territories. Highly recommend if you're there with a large group."

"Pros: If you are a writer, artist, avid reader or just need a solitary vacation this is a perfect home. The kitchen is very well outfitted for preparing meals and the gas grill outside is large. There is a screened in porch with a picnic table for eating or painting outside the kitchen. There is a mown path down to the river for easy access. The MB has a very comfortable bed. Water is delicious clear mountain water, and the pressure is great. The host is very reachable and can answer all your...

"Wow! That's what I think we all said upon arriving! It is exactly what what we were looking for, so serene and secluded. The home was exactly as advertised and very clean and comfortable. We decided to start a new Thanksgiving tradition and I believe teenagers and adults alike can't wait until next year to come back to your home! Thank you so much for opening up your paradise in the wood's!"

"We had about 20 people in this house and it worked very well! It's got plenty of bedrooms to accommodate and a great main floor for everyone to eat in and hang out in. The lower level has a very nice area for the kids so it wasn't always all of us on one floor. It snowed most of the time we were there so we were a little worried about getting out of the sloped driveway but there was a snow shovel and we managed to clear it up enough to get out. The kitchen was one of the better stocked ones...

"The Mountain Lodge is a great location for ski and ski out as well as access to the village. The lodge and the condo are a little dated, but if you are there for the skiing then it shouldn't matter as the condo has everything you need, including a great location and beautiful views."

"Although we appreciated being upgraded to a two-bedroom on the top floor - much better views of the unexpected snowfall, it would have been helpful to know that nothing in the hotel or surrounding area was open.....no breakfast, no restaurants. Frozen pizza from the Dollar General and Subway footlongs at the gas station were all we had to eat. The property was very nice, though. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our newly remodeled room was very roomy and well-kept."
