Beautiful lakefront, large deck, family friendly!

This beautiful home is located on Lake Sinissippi in southern Wisconsin. You'll enjoy modern updates such as an open floor plan, skylights, a Trex deck overlooking extensive yard and 75 feet of shoreline, soaring ceilings, and 2 walls of windows exposing panoramic southern and western views of the lake. The 3 bedrooms are tastefully appointed with quality bedding, new mattresses, and ceiling fans. The finished walkout lower level includes 4 bunk beds, a sitting area with a TV, a washer/dryer, and a bar with full-size refrigerator/freezer.

Please note: The cleaning fee is not listed in the initial quote. Cleaning fees depend on the number of beds used. 1 Bedroom = $110, All beds including bunks = $175. The cleaning fee will be quoted separately and is an additional charge to the rent. We provide the following:
1) Professionally clean the home between guests.
2) Extra disinfecting/antibacterial solution and paper towels.
4) Paper products, including TP, paper towel, and facial tissues.
5) Remote entry access for check-in and check-out.

Lake Sinissippi is a 2900 acre lake with several islands. It offers the excitement of water sports or quietly exploring the lake in our canoe or paddle boards, or fishing. Guests also have the option of renting our pontoon. On land, there are plenty of activities such as hiking, biking, star gazing, bonfires, and exquisite sunsets. Enjoy basketball, pickle ball and playground at Lion's Park in Hustisford, about a mile away. Witness an explosion of fall foliage surrounding the lake or relax on a crisp evening under the gazebo located near the shoreline.

Pontoon Boat: 2012 Sylvan 20' pontoon boat with 40 hp Mercury motor available. Many people have asked about renting a pontoon, so we decided to help out! Rental rate is $895 per week plus a $500 security deposit for the pontoon boat. You will not be disappointed! All life jackets included. There is nothing better than a nice sunset cruise on the lake!


You have access to our private pier! Our pontoon boat is on a lift with an L shaped dock and along 75 feet of the shoreline. Shallower depth of 3-4 feet near our pier.

Sinissippi Lake Pub is right around the corner offering a great menu and drinks if you prefer not to cook. Beautiful deck for dining al fresco. Unbelievable sunsets.

Great relaxing getaway
Property was exactly as expected. Listings are very accurate and pictures are current. Definitely rent their pontoon boat if for no other reason than to do a daily sunset cruise. Easy access to lots of things to do ( including Taliesen ) if you want things to do. Go to a Friday fish fry, taste some cheese at LaClaire, walk the marsh. We will be back.

We stayed for a couples weekend and didn't have the best weather, but we all still had a great time. The main level is very nice, the basement is older but would have been fine for hanging out if needed. Not sure I would have been comfortable sleeping down there,but in my youth I would not have cared. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

Quiet lake home
We stayed here for a wedding nearby so honestly did not have a ton of time at the property. House has plenty of room for a larger group. Kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking. Directions for check in/check out were clear and owner was extremely communicative. Basement was kind of musty so we kept the sliding doors open when home. Hustisford is a smaller town than I anticipated so I’m happy we stocked up some groceries before arrival.

We unfortunately found bed bugs during our stay. The cleaning fee was too high in our experience. It was a beautiful home and location other than that. Very helpful hosts.

Family weekend
We just had a really nice weekend with family. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was clean and had nice supply of cooking utensils and dishes. Very nice view of lake. Hot tub was a nice bonus!

We Had A Wonderful Time
We had a wonderful stay during our week in WI. The home was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was very comfortable. I don’t really have any complaints. If I was to give a suggestion however, it would be to get more chairs for the dining room table, and chain/child resistant lock for the basement door due to access to waterfront and the twin bunk beds being downstairs.

Cozy getaway!
LOVED our stay at this beautiful home on the lake for a relaxing girls weekend. We were here for a very snowy weekend and stayed nice and cozy in the house. The beautiful wall of windows looking out onto the lake were stunning to watch the blizzard from, and we made use of the hot tub after the storm died down. The hosts arranged for someone to come plow us out, which was much appreciated! Rebecca checked in on us to make sure we were safe and comfortable during the storm as well, which was so kind. We had 5 people staying this weekend and the house was plenty big for us. We all agreed we’d love to come back, this was such a lovely home!

Relaxing Lake View Home
Stayed with Husband, Brother and Sister in law plus 2 small Fur Babies. Lots of room to spread out. Rented Pontoon boat, nice to get out on Lake and do some fishing, sight seeing. Did some grilling, also loved the hot tub. The house was clean plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable. Yard good size to walk doggies around. Nice Pub nearby, great food. Nice neighborhood. This is our second time renting, and well be back. Communication with Rebecca was great, very helpful. Left sunglasses there and Rebecca offered to mail them to me. Great Host. Relaxing getaway...
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts, Rebecca and Ken, were very kind and attentive to our needs. The home is roomy, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are VERY comfortable! We had a great time renting the pontoon boat, exploring the area, and relaxing under the lakefront gazebo.

Made many memories with our kids and grandkids. This home is very clean and nice. Rebecca was very easy to communicate with. Lake is not the greatest. Very mucky and fishing was not good.

Peaceful Getaway
Property was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet for the number of houses on the lake. We enjoyed the time with our family. Enjoyed the hot tub and the lake, as well as the fire pit. The owners were very responsive and helpful when we had questions.
