Welcome to the spacious Kestrel Suite, offering 1,800 sq. ft. of comfort and luxury on the ground floor. This suite accommodates up to 12 guests with ease, featuring a huge master suite with a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes two sets of double-over-double bunks. Enjoy the expansive patio with a table for six, BBQ, and gas fireplace. Additional amenities include central air, gas fireplaces for winter, cable TV, WiFi, and access to tennis and basketball courts, an exercise room, hot tubs, and both indoor and outdoor pools.

The Space:
Welcome to our Desert Oasis! You will absolutely love staying in our condo. Not all condos are created equally (even in the same complex). Take a look at what ours offers:

• 3 Bedroom, 2 bath. (It's BIG...1,800 sq. ft). Sleeps 12 comfortably in beds.
• Large patio with table for 6, large BBQ, and a gas fireplace.
• Patio is on the east side so it’s in the shade most of the day (full shade starting at 3pm. This makes a BIG difference in St. George)
• Huge master suite with jetted tub and king size bed with large walk in closet. There is a queen mattress in 2nd bedroom and two sets of double over double bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. You will sleep like a baby! Don’t settle for a hard and uncomfortable bed found in other places. You’re going out of town to rest and this is the place!
• Central air along with gas fireplaces for the winter.
• Free amenities include: Cable TV, WiFi, tennis, basketball, exercise room, hot tubs, and an indoor and outdoor pool.

Dec 1st through Feb 10th the outdoor pool will not be heated the outdoor hot tub will be heated and the pool will still be maintained.

Conveniently located within minutes of world class golfing, as well as numerous mountain bike and running trails, Tuacahn Amphitheater, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow Aquatic Center, and more. Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, and Pine Valley are less than an hour’s drive away.

There are Indoor/outdoor fireplace, Jacuzzi, full kitchen, fitness center, basketball court, tennis court, shared parking garage, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs.We have a beautiful large balcony with an outdoor gas fireplace and a BBQ that is great to grill on in the evenings.

The unique location---at the Hurricane Exit off I-15---keeps you out of the downtown St. George congestion and free to explore Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Snow Canyon at your leisure. Just minutes away you can can enjoy the coolness of Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs. Golfers discover the incredible scenery of Coral Canyon Golf Course across the Street and Sky View 10 minutes away.

Oversize master bath suites feature walk in showers and raised Jacuzzi tubs and granite countertops. Underground parking provides 2 parking stalls along with a large storage closet for bikes and other gear.

All Coral Springs units now include access to lazy river pools, BBQ outdoor kitchens, hot tubs, and a water slide. Both outdoor pools are also heated and open year-round!

On-Site Recreation:
Please walk only on the grass and the cement paths. Children and Adults are not permitted on the rocks or landscaping areas. This includes the small rock areas around the buildings and the bluff behind the resort.
