"OMG! BEAUTIFUL HOME! The home was exceptionally beautiful and CLEAN! It looked exactly like the pictures and had everything you needed! The host was easy to work with, communicative and responsive! It was a great location as well! Not far from Cedar Point and other local attractions or places to eat and shop! Definitely will be back! It was the perfect !"

"A wonderful little retreat, set in a quiet neighborhood, close to the water and restaurants. The house is adorable, well-maintained, and incredibly clean. Would definitely stay again!"

"As rentals go, we found this place to be well above average. For the most part it was well-stocked compared to other rentals we have experienced. It even had large pots, skillets and bowls to serve a family group of 7. It was clean and as advertised. The negatives were the very late access information provided (which came past the check-in time), the lack of cutlery, and the VERY wobbly bunkbeds which we found unsafe. "We had a wonderful time at the property. There were seven of us ranging ages 16 to 51. We could tell the owner went out of her way to make sure we had everything we’d need. Excellent stay and we would definitely rent there again. "

"Very nice and cozy lake house. Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Really enjoyed the back patio with the gas fireplace. Check in and out was very easy. The personalized message board on the coffee table and guest book were nice touches. Would stay here again."

"We stayed here for a couple of nights. Location was perfect - just a block from the water and five miles from Cedar Point. Also close to Rt 2 for easy driving to Marblehead, etc. Inside, stay was comfortable and we had plenty of room. The owners have done a nice job with a remodel of an older home. On the down side, I wasn't 100% crazy about the exterior or the neighborhood - both were just a tiny bit on the worn/shabby side - but we felt safe."

"We stayed here to go to Cedar Point Halloweekend. Great location, cute neighborhood with a couple restaurants just down the street as well as a pharmacy and grocery store. It was a quick drive to Cedar Point too. The house itself was roomy and clean. It had all we needed for a comfortable stay!!"

"We booked two side by side condos with an open door between them. It was perfect for our two families which included 2 sets of parents and 4 adult children. The total of 4 bathrooms were great! Living area was nice and balcony over looking harbor was lovely. On Sat night there was a band by the harbor that we could listen to from the balcony.(they stopped early). PIctures on website were accurate."

"Went to the Egret Point House for the April 8th eclipse. House was great and family and friends enjoyed the accommodations and location. My friend Brian and I are both birders so after the eclipse we enjoyed a couple beers on the patio and watched dozens of Black-crowned Night Herons and Great Egrets (how appropriate) fly over."

"We were very impressed with the cleanliness, size, interior decor, and layout of the house; it was perfect for our group of eight adults. The pool table was a big hit, and there are more televisions than we could watch.We used to stay in a local hotel but this is much better and more affordable. There is so much more space and privacy for everyone. Plus, with the fully outfitted kitchen, you will save a ton of money cooking "at home." Grocery stores are mere minutes away, some 24-hr, so you...

"Perfect place to stay! Close to Cedar Point, Rye Beach (private/included with house rental), Lighthouse, and many other great beaches and parks. Property was properly maintained. Comes with everything you need to be comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Only bad thing I could say is SPIDERS! Not fault of property owners. Huge spiders outside living on the beautiful deck. Bring bug spray if visiting during warm months. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone. Cheers!"
