"this cabin was everything we hoped for! plenty of space for our family of 6, but still so cozy, BEAUTIFUL surroundings, well stocked, comfy beds/furniture, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city life we’re so used to in houston, easy communication with the hosts, a guarded community - truly all you could want out of a vacation... it was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we will be back soon as we’ve all fallen in love with tennessee and especially the deerfield community. "Sweet cabin with full wraparound porch in secluded setting. Enjoyed the little pond across the road. Kitchen is well enough equipped to make meals. Coffee pot is wonky - but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again. Great launching point for BSF and close to Oneida. Relaxing on the porch in the quiet solitude would be delightful also. "

"Overall my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property managers were responsive and had the home set up with a fully stocked kitchen, towels, linens, and a full supply of wood for the wonderful covered fire pit. The property is conveniently located just a short drive from Knoxville and the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The sheets/linens that were on the beds were in need of additional cleaning. They had stains, pet hair and long hair on them. Again, the stay was wonderful overall."

"Payton’s place is a beautiful home. The views are gorgeous. Loved swimming at the dock. We enjoyed our vacation overall. We wouldn’t rebook this property though and I’ll tell you why (Vacasa Rental) 1. Found a Depends diaper in the lower level by the couch upon check-in. 2. Kayak on the dock not mentioned, messaged Vacasa about use, not helpful, just stated not in agreement. Would have been fun to use, but should be more clearly listed if it’s sitting right there. 3.
