The Bedrooms
Retreat to the sanctuary of 10 bedrooms, each designed to provide utmost relaxation and rejuvenation. The main floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom, while the office doubles as a second bedroom with two twin beds Murphey style with a full bathroom right across the hallway.
Descend to the lower level and discover a haven of entertainment, featuring a large gathering/game room with a plush couch, a 77" smart TV (so no problem to log in to your Netflix account), a ping pong table, and direct access to the patio and hot tub. A mud room with access to the private hot tub offers luxurious towels and an easy water bottle fill station with filtered water and a shared bathroom attached. This level also boasts four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom.
Venture upstairs to find two bunk rooms, each equipped with built-in bunk beds accommodating two full-size beds and two twin beds in each room. Fun large resort maps for all ages to enjoy one room featuring Powder Mountain and the other Snowbasin, our local world famous ski resorts. CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
