"We had a lovely and peaceful couple of nights here as a short break. The host is wonderful, and left welcome treats and supplies which were very much appreciated! The property is spacious , in a quiet cul-de-sac and very comfortable. A true home from home - outstanding. Also plenty of great things to do and see in the surrounding area on foot and by car. We will look forward to a return visit! "

"What a beautifully unique place to stay! We were in the Gamekeeper's bothy and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and spacious and the wood stove kept us plenty warm! We never saw any red squirrels but I did see a beautiful jay that was so different from the blue jays we have in the US. I would stay here again in a minute!"

"I will happily admit that I booked this not really knowing anything about the property but we needed somewhere to stay that was inexpensive. We were visiting the area to see family. The accommodation on the website says shared bathrooms- not something we really wanted but nevertheless it turned out that we had a room with our own toilet and wash basin. "We had a great stay. The cottage had everything we needed, plus the lovely view. Findochty is a very photogenic village, so I was out and about taking photos at all hours! On our arrival we were welcomed by dolphins frolicking in the sea in front of the cottage. The evening before our departure we were treated to the sight of a pod of orcas cruising past, quite close to the shore. "

"Amazing house and facilities for our family of 8 adults and 5 children aged from 2 to 10 years. Everyone loved the indoor swimming pool snooker and table tennis. The children enjoyed the outdoor facilities. The nice weather was a bonus with lots of lovely walks. The facilities in the house were first class and I would highly recommend this property. Hopefully we will return for another family get together. "

"Gostamos muito do hotel. O café da manhã tem um preço bem justo e com algumas boas opções. A equipe super simpática e prestativa. Ficamos no 2 andar e para subir escadas pode ser uma questão se você tiver malas grandes. Para nós foi tranquilo porque só tínhamos mala de mão. É bem próximo de um mercado e na região das destilarias é tudo bem perto (máximo 15 min) de carro. O quarto é espaçoso e o banheiro enorme. Porém a parte do chuveiro é bem pequena pra quem é grande. Tem a possibilidade de você beber no próprio bar do hotel o que é uma facilidade "
