"Nicole and her staff were very accommodating and so welcoming. We were in the area for a Wedding and Nicole even suggested a member of her staff drive us to and from the Wedding venue . The Rooms were divine , comfortable , cool (it was a very hot weekend) and everything you need for a couple nights stay in this beautiful area of the Hunter Valley. Highly Recommend "

Great location as it was very quiet, and was conveniently close to some restaurants for dinner. Allison made the most amazing breakfast for us, and even accommodated an early breakfast for us so we could get on the road. Highly recommend! "

"Our Cottage was upstairs above a frequently used bathroom by campers all through the night The photos and description did not mention that the cottage was part of a facility used by people camping on the property We were given no instructions to locate key The cottage had dirty towels and the bedding was dirty Also we had no water one night due to a camper emptying the tank Very overpriced and disappointing compared to the description and photos "

"The property is full of amazing antique curios to enjoy. The garden is beautiful. The location is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views! Breakfast was amazing, delicious and with a magnificent view. The hosts were genial, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and history. A most charming bed and breakfast with a delightful atmosphere! "
